Abstract



Good governance and the realization of public acceptance of governance requires the proper administration of affairs with the realization of administrative health and the prevention of administrative corruption. Administrative health is always considered one of the development infrastructures. Perversity and administrative corruption are among the phenomena that have affected the development of many societies and if it spreads, it corrupts the entire body of human society. Therefore, fighting and confronting it should be a model for all affairs and be completely serious and to continue sustainably.

Various causes and factors can play an important role in the emergence and spread of crookedness and administrative corruption. Based on the mentioned factors, it is possible to identify and investigate solutions that have a great impact on reducing and eliminating deviations and administrative corruption in organizations. The purpose of the current research is to emphasize the approaches and preventive measures in order to achieve the health of the customs in the customs of Iran, which is a descriptive-analytical method.

The results indicate that the components of achieving administrative health in Iran Customs are employee empowerment, information technology, financial transparency, security promotion and supervision and law enforcement, and preventive measures in this field are the creation of effective policies in order to identify corruption and identify gaps and deficiencies. It is in this context. The consequences of creating administrative health in customs include making the right decisions, providing efficient and effective services, and work commitment.
